Initial Consultation

• We begin with an in-person or virtual meeting to discuss the production’s needs.

• Together, we’ll define the ideal timepiece, rental timeframe, and overall budget.

Moodboard & Creative Direction

• Our team will create a moodboard tailored to your project’s era, character styling, and visual tone.

• This helps identify the watches that best fit your on-screen vision and budget.

Watch Selection & Pricing

• Once you’ve selected the timepieces, we’ll prepare a detailed price list for each item.

• From there, our sourcing team begins locating the perfect watches for your production.

Payment & Security Deposit

• A security deposit is required before collection or drop-off.

• Any remaining payments will be settled on a pre-agreed date thereafter.

Collection, Return & Inspection

• At the end of the rental period, the watches are either returned or collected by our team.

• Each piece is carefully inspected upon return to ensure everything is in perfect order.

• And that’s it — a simple, seamless rental experience from start to finish.
